To answer the central question

Taking the exam is just the beginning of the whole process like the first step on the stairs to your destination. You will have to do a lot post the examination so have patience and follow these steps :

Step 1: After receiving your score evaluate whether you should retake the exam or not or which score is to be sent to the schools for admission process.

Step 2: Appear for TOEFL and IELTS exam. These exams are beneficial for evaluating English skills. Like for getting admitted into Canada, UK etc universities you will need TOEFL scores while getting into British universities you will need IELTS score. SO it is equally important as GRE scores.

Step 3: Decide which course and university you dreamt of and has interest in. Find the university that best fit to your scholarship programs, the course offered, the field you are interested in, country, fee structure and infrastructure. Choose 8 universities to have a backup plan ready.

Step 4: Now the most important parts of application come into play. These parts are equally important as the GRE and TOEFL scores. They are Letter of Recommendation, Statement of Purpose, Work Experiences, resume, essays, undergrad scores, extracurricular activities etc. Work on developing Statement of Purpose first create it by self don’t hire writers to write it for you. Mention all the work experiences you had in various fields and improve your resume with the captivating letter of recommendation. Mention extracurricular activities you have involved in and make the best use of it. Mention social works that you did and certificates to show your achievements. There are numerous applicants whose resume would be on the universities desk so make sure you develop the application in a way that makes you look out of the box!

Step 5: Make sure your transcripts are ready from undergrad colleges.

Step 6: After arranging your application documents make sure to attach a bank statement and affidavit with it to receive a financial loan or any help with the education and insurances.

Step 7: Proofread all the documents and check the government issued documents for any mistakes and have copies and original documents in the order mentioned. When all this is done you are good to go to apply for the university you are interested in and wait for the results. Well, All The Best!
