Every student wonders before giving an exam how he/she will perform. While some of us are able to crack the examination, many don’t crack the examination in one go. And it’s okay! Because this time when you retake MH CET again, you will be better prepared!
Some times due to certain circumstances and situations such as heath issues, stress, anxiety , poor study plans, or possibly the quality of your self-study leads to you not clearing the examination. Sometimes even the study material you pick is not up to the mark which means it is either very complex or very simple for your abilities.
However it is not to be worried about. The advantage here is you know where your weaknesses lie and you can work to eliminate them. Talking about the eligibility, you must know that there is a certain eligibility criteria which is required before you plan on giving the MH CET Examination for MBA. It requires you to be holding a bachelor’s degree and you need to have a minimum 50% aggregate. If you belong to the reserved category then you need a minimum of 45% aggregate or any equivalent score.
You need to be very consistent throughout your preparation. You must never be overconfident, hard work is key here. Do not forget that you are not the only repeater of the examination, & there are many students who are going to be retaking the examination. Hence you need to choose very wisely if you want to retake the examination or whether you want to move ahead with another institution or field of choice.
What to keep in mind when you retake MH-CET:
Time Management:
Time Management is the most neglected part of any student who is unable to achieve his or her desired scores. You need to devote equal time all the subjects so that you do not miss out on anything important. Devote at the least of 5-6 hours daily for your preparation so as to leave no stone unturned. Preparing a good time table and following it consistently and regularly throughout your preparation is crucial.
In addition to this you need to time yourself while solving sample tests, to ensure you finish the paper in a timely manner on the big day.
Study Material:
Choose the correct study material. Make sure it is not too complex nor too easy for you to solve, at the same time constantly challenge yourself in a controlled manner. Make sure you keep revising your study material regularly so that the concepts remains fresh in your mind. Students that retake MH-CET have an upper hand in this situation as they are aware of the available study material and already know what material they are or are not comfortable with.
Mock tests:
Solve as many mock tests as you can. And also correct them and keep revising the questions wherein you made mistakes. This will help you in many ways and also you won’t repeat them again in case they turn up in the examination.
