The Borivali UPSC prelims consist of 2 papers of 200 marks each i.e General Studies 1 and 2. The first paper is a qualifying paper where a student needs to get 35% to qualify for the second paper which is a merit ranking based paper. The UPSC mains consist of 9 papers, The first 2 papers are qualifying papers of 300 marks each where the student needs to secure 75 marks each to appear for the remaining 7 papers which are of 250 marks each i.e 1750 marks in total.and these papers are merit ranking papers The interview consist of 275 marks.
