Dhristhi Education is a market place launched with an aim to open a new array for students, professionals, experts and organizations. A cream of the crop organization provides services like home tuitions, consultation, personal training, placement training and corporate training. Training and consulting teams are deployed nationally and internationally to address specifically- defined strategic training and development initiatives across a host of competency and performance areas. Enterprise longevity and profitability are wholly dependent on the talent of management. To ensure business excellence, top companies in aerospace, financial services, manufacturing, biotechnology, and dozens of other industry verticals rely on us, their best-kept secret, for their professional training, development and performance enhancement needs. These long-held but general impressions were confirmed recently when we came across a Harvard Business Review study from last July. Workers reported that companies generally satisfy their needs for on-the- job development and that they value these opportunities, which include high-visibility positions and significant increases in responsibility. But they’re not getting much in the way of formal development, such as training, mentoring and coaching – things they also value highly.” Even focusing on creating a training program in just one of these areas can have dramatic impact on the company. Training programs can result in higher energy levels among employees and students, improved communication and problem solving skills, and decreased time spent for resolving issues
