In this article, we will come to know about one such opportunity for all the management aspirants out there which is GMAT so what it is all about let\u2019s have a look\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Graduate Management Admission Test or simply <a href=\"https:\/\/studysid.com\/blog\/top-5-gmat-classes-in-mumbai-2\/\">GMAT<\/a> is the entrance exam for admission in colleges around the world offering 7100 courses in around the world. The entrance exam only caters to the management and business courses. The makers of the exams say that we need to rest assured about the content of the exam because 60 years\u2019 worth of expertise plus the immense amount of revision done in the format of the exam involves the experience of Management Faculties of leading institutes of the world. The exam tests the problem solving, data sufficiency, analytical and not to forget reasoning skills because these are the skills which are important in real-world problems related to management and business domains. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The GMAT exam is a computer adaptive test, that is\u00a0<\/span>the exam will adapt to the answering of the questions being asked<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> like for example if you have answered a question correctly then the next question to be followed will be comparatively tougher and each correct answer will increase the difficult sounds amazing though.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Eligibility:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must necessarily have the Indian passport.<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li>Candidate should be of or above 18 years of age. Younger candidate has to present parental consent.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must hold a graduation degree from any stream from a recognized institute and it varies according to the various institutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Pattern:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The GMAT test is a 3 hours and 30 minutes test which comprises of 4 sections namely <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Analytical Writing Assessment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Analysis of an Argument Type of Question.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Integrated Reasoning<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Table Reasoning, Two-Part Analysis, Multi-Source Reasoning, Graphics Interpretation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Quantitative Reasoning<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Mathematics Based problem solving and Data Sufficiency<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Verbal Reasoning<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Reading Comprehension, Sentence Correction, and Critical Reasoning.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The topics asked in various sections of the GMAT are self-explanatory and concise. The subjects in the exam will test you from right from scratch so let\u2019s see what needs to be studied so that you could easily succeed in the exam.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Analysis Writing Assessment:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> You should practice the Persuasive writing, you should be able to bring out your critical thinking ability. You should not display your own views here and formal understanding of the argument is not necessary, understanding the concepts of faulty reasoning, claims, evidence can be a great help to you.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Integrated Reasoning:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integrated Reasoning requires a bit of academic knowledge which you already have done while you prepare for quants and verbal part. On top of it learn the concepts of tables, charts, graphs, and spreadsheets.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Quantitative Reasoning:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being <\/span><b>Quick and Accurate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is key here so be thorough with the key rules and formulas, properties and shortcuts so that it becomes easier for you to go through this section. And preparing an application that best shows off your strengths.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good preparation takes 45-60 days; only when you&#8217;re prepared should you appear for the exam. Making the right application would again take around 45 days, you can also do it parallel with the preparation.
